Strategy Director | Kumveka | June 2020 – Present

  • Manage client relationships, timelines, and budgets

  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities including discovery calls and needs assessments

  • Research and develop personas and key metrics

  • Responsible for the implementation and training for Hubspot CRM (Sales and Marketing)

  • Effectively build data-driven reporting to inform marketing decisions for Kumveka and clients

Director of Marketing | ApplicantOne, Inc | June 2019 - March 2020

ApplicantOne, Inc. is a start-up recruiting company based in Lakeland, Florida. They developed a proprietary software (SaaS) and combine it with the human element of recruiting. I helped to bring this unique offering to the HRTech market.

  • Led all marketing and communication initiatives/projects including, web development, email, social media, events, analytics, etc. for a SaaS-focused HRTech startup

    • Established market research to determine personas and target audiences to lead campaign efforts

    • Implemented a monthly newsletter, email cadences, and customer segmentation

    • Developed and managed a full marketing website to drive leads, content marketing strategy, and SEO

    • Set up Google Analytics, Console, and Hubspot CRM for reporting purposes

    • Drove campaign efforts to develop MQLs and SQLs for the company resulting in weekly lead generation

    • Developed and built landing pages, forms, and CTA’s for all marketing initiatives (more than 60+ landing pages have been developed in a 5-month time frame)

    • Designed internal and customer facing marketing collateral including digital flyers, banners, e-books, downloads, as well as physical business cards, brochures, flyers, etc. (More than 100+ pieces total)

  • Within the first five-months, I:

    • Increased LinkedIn followers by over 1,000%

    • Increased followers on all other social platforms and reached our quarterly goals 1 month early

    • Increased unique web visitors to over 7k

    • Increased blog subscribers by 120% within a 2-month timeframe

  • Developed and executed an annual content strategy and led blog efforts that:

    • Generated 3+ blogs per week

    • 1 e-Book per month

    • Up to 2 downloads per month

  • Developed and maintained brand strategy to increase awareness across the HRTech industry. Branding efforts included:

    • Updated logo, imagery, and collateral

    • Fully revamped messaging and product positioning

    • Started content marketing efforts through marketing website, blog, social media, and press releases

    • Initiated relationships with influencers and HR Tech industry leaders to drive brand awareness

  • Drove implementation efforts for HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub for marketing, sales, and service

Manor Marketing exists to help organizations discover strategies to increase brand awareness, grow leads and acquisitions, align messaging efforts and help them to stay relevant with best practices to increase communication efficiency.

  • Consult with clients to provide an in-depth analysis of their current activity, an implementation plan, and a review and adjust system to ensure they are getting results

  • Manage multiple services including social media management, blog creation and maintenance, email and web strategy, branding, advertising, campaign management, and photography

  • Responsible for social strategy, management and engagement for multiple companies and organizations:

    • Lead analyst for the Content Code, a start up project by Mark W. Schaefer

    • Developed and executed onsite social media strategy for multiple events including The Justice Conference, Winterfest, and Saddleback Church's 35th Anniversary

    • Established a deep dive analysis process and developed a content marketing playbook for organizations including Ronald McDonald House (Chattanooga), Think Chromatic and Doyle Family Dentistry

    • Assisted in launching 3+ companies by developing analytical processes, marketing, and business strategy


Director of Marketing and Culture | NuWave Technology Partners | October 2016 – December 2017

  • Directed and developed all marketing activities including internal and external communications, budgets, website, and social media

  • Initiated company rebranding for corporate marketing, image, and messaging

  • Managed cyber security awareness training internally and for clients which included campaign design, strategy, and management

  • Assisted company owners and leadership team on multiple projects and speaker opportunities

  • Maintained and developed key relationships to enhance NuWave’s marketing and communication channels

  • Crafted client evaluation process to improve NuWave’s offerings and customer service

  • Planned and developed culture initiatives including company parties, lunches, and evaluations

  • Directed year-round digital strategy, development, and execution for all WCA web and social marketing channels

  • Developed and implemented new web, email, and social media strategies

  • Guided e-mail communications including content, schedule, segmentation strategy and execution for recipient lists reaching 150,000+ people globally

  • Created user experience and engagement plan for The Global Leadership Summit App

  • Led a collaborative cross functional team responsible for developing year-round online initiatives

  • Managed media department to ensure strategy integration through visual content distribution and marketing

  • Marketing and communications benchmarks achieved:

    • Website: +50% unique web visitors (willowcreek.com)

    • Email: +1.4% open rate and +1.5% click rate

    • App: +35,000 downloads on iOS through Apple Store
